In this project, we are involved from the property identification stage according to the client’s business model and budget, with the goal of a quick flip transaction. We located a property in a prime location in the Alcantara neighborhood. The apartment, which was originally a T0 apartment (studio apartment), underwent a total renovation that included redesigning the apartment’s layout to create a functional T1 apartment, with a defined bedroom, living room and comfortable kitchen. In doing so, in addition to refreshing the apartment, we added a bedroom, which resulted in an immediate increase in value.
