This T4 apartment, well located in the vibrant center of Lisbon, in a traditional building. It was in desperate need of TLC, but the investor who recognized its enormous potential, decided that even a crooked and creaky floor could take away from it its immense virtues. So we carried out a comprehensive renovation, which included replacing pipes, leveling and replacing the floor, painting and refreshing the entire house. At the end of the process, the apartment entered the luxury rental market, and thanks to the design decisions we made, it was also rented in record time and at a price that exceeded the client’s expectations.
