This project is a story of our private entrepreneurship, in which we saw a unique opportunity to purchase, design and build a residential building in the city’s regenerating historic district of Barreiro, right in front of the Tagus River. There was an old building that could not be saved, and in its place we designed and built a new building with a traditional character and design appropriate for a building in the historic center. All the apartments were sold during construction, and the construction itself was completed in record time, in just 13 months, and the apartments have already been delivered to the happy buyers.
