The client purchased an apartment well located in the city center, for the purpose of investing in the rental market. The apartment he purchased was rented for approximately 700 euros per month. The owner’s goal was to increase the monthly rent he would receive for the apartment but he did not have a large budget to do so. The apartment needed a refresh as it had not been renovated since it was built. This is where we come into the picture, often you do not need a lot of money to get a good result but mainly proper planning and design expertise. This was exactly the case. With the help of our professional team and our network of suppliers, we were able to produce the desired result and with a relatively small investment and a short period of time, the rent increased to 1100 euros, an increase of 57% in rent, certainly impressive by all accounts.
