In this project we had everything. A total restoration and renovation of a property over 100 years old, adding an additional floor, increasing building rights and re-approving all the legal documents of the property. As you can imagine, this is a complex, challenging but at the same time very rewarding process, well if done right.
As part of this work, we essentially demolished the entire property, with only the exterior facades, which are required to be preserved due to the property’s location in the old historic area of the city, and essentially built a new building, to modern standards, and added an additional floor, a pool and a pool pavilion in the garden that we restored.
